With the rise of telemedicine and the need for remote access to healthcare services, WhatsDoc has become a popular solution for patients and healthcare professionals alike.
The platform offers B2C and B2B telehealth services, a simple mobile app, and a free Employee Telehealth Benefit based on a pay-per-use model. Patients can use the app to book appointments, make voice and video calls, order and pay for prescriptions, and receive prescription deliveries.
