Project Overview

Maxxan is a real estate solutions provider in Malaysia, offering a range of services to property tenants, agents, and owners. They are committed to providing expert advice and consultancy, sales, rental, sub-sale, homestay, management, after-sales service, and international investment.

Maxxan wanted to enhance its services by creating a website and mobile app that would allow its clients to buy, rent or manage their properties easily. They chose VirtualSpirit, a technology company specialising in web and mobile app development, to create a user-friendly platform to meet their clients' needs.

Business Challenge

Maxxan had specific requirements for the development of its website, API, and mobile app. The platform needed to be easy to use, with a range of features to support their business model, and integrated with social media.

The website and mobile app needed to have a user-friendly interface, with seamless navigation and responsive design that would work across all devices.

Solution

Our team of experts began by conducting a thorough analysis of Maxxan's requirements and the needs of its clients. We created a prototype design that incorporated all of Maxxan's desired features, including easy navigation, property listings, a mortgage calculator, and social media integration.

After that, we developed a user-friendly website and mobile app that exceeded Maxxan's expectations. The platform featured a responsive design that worked on all devices, intuitive navigation, and seamless integration with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

Results & Impact

Our team is so excited to create a user-friendly website, set API, and mobile app for Maxxan, providing a range of features to enhance their services. The platform exceeded Maxxan's expectations, offering seamless navigation, responsive design, and integration with popular social media platforms.

The website and mobile app provided means clients have easy access to their services, allowing them to buy, rent, or manage properties easily. The platform also featured a mortgage calculator, making it easier for clients to calculate their mortgage payments.

Moreover, the integration with social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube allowed Maxxan to expand its reach and connect with potential clients more effectively.
